In-house coordinators, coaches and assistant coaches will be supported with:
• Prepared practice plans
• Network of professional coaches who will be present on-site during each practice session.

We will also make available training sessions for all the parent volunteers a couple of times during the season to improve their coaching skills and knowledge of soccer.

As in the past, each travel team will have the opportunity to be trained by qualified, experienced trainers. We have expanded the field availability for all our teams, so we should have no problems accommodating everyone’s practice needs throughout the fall and spring seasons.

We will continue to rely upon BYSC’s long tradition of creating a positive and educational environment for the teaching of soccer within our community. Our coaching goal is to teach the game of soccer from the in-house level on up to the travel team program. We will strive to create a competitive and professional atmosphere while still providing an enjoyable and fun experience for all the children involved. I will use this section of the website to give you periodic updates about coaching, skills training, helpful hints, tournaments and other soccer related news. Until next time,
